With services including dusting, polishing, vacuuming and mopping, as well as additional services such as laundry, we provide you with a personal clean tailored around your holiday let business.

Change-over cleaning service
View it as a one-off spring clean. It’s intense, thorough and will leave your holiday let completely pristine. The clean can take between 1-3 hours depending on the size and condition of your property.
We provide at least 2 cleaning technicians, per property, more If you have a large house. They work tirelessly to get your holiday ready in time for your guests’ arrival.
Your guests will arrive and be amazed at how clean their temporary home from home is. Impress your guests with a 5 star clean.
Laundry
We understand one of the best things of staying in a top-class hotel is that feeling of getting into a freshly made bed, with white, clean linen. The clean smell. The soft touch bath sheets. The crease-free tightness of the linen. We provide it all.
Local to Margate is our very own commercial laundry service, where all the magic happens. Our fairies work throughout the night to wash, dry and press all your linen & towels. All ready to be delivered on your change over days. Yes! You read this right. Book your change-over with us and we will ensure that all the linen needed is delivered to your holiday let in time for our cleaning technicians to make up the beds. No more keeping duvet covers, bathmats and bedsheets in your spare room or cupboard. No more squeezing everything into bottoms drawers or underneath the sofa.

- We only clean holiday lets like yours – so you can be sure that all of our cleaning technicians will do what they need to do to get your property ready for your guests.
- We work efficiently and at pace during the 3–4 hour change over window. We’re experts at it.
- Our booking app NEED WORDING
- Replenish products, loo roll etc… We can also leave toiletries biscuits
- We only use Method cleaning products. Not only do they smell just great, they are also kinder to the environment. Your guests will just love the fresh clean smell when they first walk in.
- We care so much about the environment, all our technicians are local meaning we don't use vans or use excessive fuel. We may even arrive on electronic scooters.
Our fees
“A tidy home is a happy home”, as they say! “You can’t put a price on quality”, they also say. Both are true & we are sure you will agree that our lovely team deserve some reward for their hard work.
Our simple rates are, well simple!
£13 per hour, per cleaning technician. Told you they were simple. We send at least 2 to your holiday let and charge by the hour (1 hour minimum). For most apartments (1-2 bed, with minimal stairs), we will have it guest ready within the hour. If it is particularly messy/dirty and we think we might need extra, we will send you photos via our app, and keep a log of how long it takes us.
For large houses, we will send 4-6 technicians to get it prepared in record time.
We will be fully transparent on how long it takes and only charge you for the time we are there.
