SoHot Property was founded in 2011. Led by its Scott Flower, our mission was to create a property development company with a difference. With our unique vision of developing property to create modern and well-designed living spaces, we set about purchasing 2 properties in central London. In 2012 SoHot Property Ltd was officially registered as a limited company. Within our first year of trading we had developed over 7 properties, collectively generating a healthy 26% return on our initial & personal investment.

We pride ourselves on creating wealth through property, whether via renovation projects or hosting guests under our SoHot Stays brand, we always strive to provide an excellent customer experience, whilst increasing profitability for our investors.

Increasing our profits whilst achieving excellence & maintaining customer care is and always will be our reason for being. We constantly set ourselves high targets in order to continue to grow the company and push new boundaries.
