By adding a large extension to the side and rear of the property, we were able to create a huge open plan kitchen and lounge, leading to a decked area via 12′ wide bi-folding timber doors. Using a classic white high gloss kitchen with all the usual Smeg appliances including a double wine cooler, we created a stunning kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the lounge area. Installing a new bathroom between 2 newly created bedrooms and a separate wetroom, we were able to present this to the market, as a large open plan, two bedroom, two bathroom home perfect for the fashionable Clapham & Battersea area.
